PAYMENTS

  • Once payment is made, you will receive on onboarding email. This email will include  a list of all information that is needed to complete the project.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If for any reason, the client decides to cancel a service that has not begin, the client can be offered a FULL refund.

  • If for any reason, the client decides to cancel a service that information has been submitted for, the client can be offered a PARTIAL refund.

  • If for any reason, the client decides to cancel a service that has begin and proofs have been issued, the client can NOT be offered a refund. Panache Creations will keep full payment for payment of time.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The client must submit required information within 14 days of receiving the requested information. If the information is not submitted within this timeframe, the client must pay a restart fee. 

RESTART FEES : $25 for logo development, packaging development, product development | $100 for website development | $125 for branding packages

Panache Creations has the right to terminate service and retain payment if client becomes hostile/rude and lacks communication during the duration of the project.

REFUNDS

Deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable once a project has begin due to the nature of our services.
